Both volumes of Tasks and Powers of the Prosecution Services in the EU Member States aim to provide insight in the differences and similarities of the prosecution services in the different European legal systems. The tasks and powers of the prosecution service in each Member State are discussed seperately in country reports. Volume I contains the reports of: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, England and Wales, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden Volume II contains the reports of: Cyprus, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovak Republic, and Slovenia. Volume II also contains the replies of all coountries to the questionnaires.
