VACANCY - Professor in international criminal law (50%)

The Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva is opening the procedure for filling the post of (ordinary or associate) Professor in international criminal law (50%).

Job description

This is a position of (ordinary or associate) Professor with a partial load (50%), including teaching for bachelor's and/or master's degree students in law.

He/she will develop individual and collective research, at national and international level, in the field of international criminal law (international mutual assistance in criminal matters, administrative criminal law and European criminal law). The candidate will also be called upon to apply for external funding, in particular from the NSF, and will be responsible for directing research work (dissertations and doctoral theses). Management and organisational tasks related to the position are part of the job description.

Title and skills required
PhD in law or equivalent title.

Domain
International criminal law (international mutual assistance in criminal matters, administrative criminal law and European criminal law).

Entry into functions
1 September 2021 or date to be agreed.
