Reconfiguration of powers in European criminal justice after Lisbon - the cases of PNR and SWIFT

Post Lisbon, the Parliament has been involved in the conclusion of a number of international agreements, including The Terrorist Finance Tracking Program (SWIFT/TFTP) and the Passengers Name Record Agreements (PNR) with the US. This conference will reflect onthe impact the reconfiguration of powers in the European criminal justice after Lisbon has had on the negotiation and conclusion of those two agreements.
