Treaty of Lisbon, the answer to all problems and shortcomings of judicial cooperation in criminal matters?
The main goal of the Project was to promote discussion among academics and practitioners on the most relevant changes introduced by the Treaty of Lisbon in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice of the European Union. Special attention was paid to the field of exchange of information and data protection. An international seminar was organised in May 2009. The discussion forum “Spanish working party in criminal matters” was established.
