The Hague Programme and the area of judicial cooperation in criminal matters: new concepts, principles and legal instruments
The main goal of this Project was to promote discussions among Spanish academics about the main concepts, principles and legal instruments governing the area of criminal justice in the European Union. A Researching Group on European Criminal Justice (Gi-17) was established, composed of young researchers specialised in that field from the University of Castilla-La Mancha and other Spanish Universities (Valladolid, Burgos, Madrid).
